Survey of earned degrees?

It came up at work today. Anyone know if there is a big infographic or some such that eg, lists the first time a "PhD degree in X" was awarded, for different values of X. Eg, Math, Physics, chemistry, biology, medicine, comparative literature, statistics, English, philosophy, etc...

Eta: there's this one for US institutions but it started in 1957.

ETA: Ooh, here are some tables. Maybe I can use them.

They do, don't they? I need to figure out how best to collect the data I want. Those tables aren't nearly at the level of granularity I want, more's the pity...
