Survey of earned degrees?

eve11It came up at work today. Anyone know if there is a big infographic or some such that eg, lists the first time a "PhD degree in X" was awarded, for different values of X. Eg, Math, Physics, chemistry, biology, medicine, comparative literature, statistics, English, philosophy, etc...
Eta: there's this one for US institutions but it started in 1957.
