Come along
Dec. 7th, 2012 07:16 pm.

We're here to promote friendships and Doctor Who community, creativity, and connections across Livejournal and through to related realms. We're just squeaking in at the end of the year, right before the Mayan Apocalypse, but we've got an Open Blue Box that's bigger on the inside AND did we mention? It travels through time!
Name: your LJ name
Location: Feel free to give country, town, or say "Earth", or... anything really
First Doctor Who Experience: What was the first episode you saw? Or who was your first Doctor?
Eras I Like: Classic Who, New Who, Moffat vs. RTD, Big Finish, Comics, NAs, Spinoffs, etc.
Characters/Pairings I Like: What it says on the tin.
Favorite Fandom Activities: Fic, Vids, Meta, Fan art, Costuming, etc.
Any favorite Doctor Who LJ Communities: What it says on the tin.
Other things I like to talk about: Any other fandoms, hobbies, RL, politics, etc? What is generally on your journal?
Anything Else?: Anything else you want to talk about that wasn't covered above? A project you're especially proud of, or a rec of something as cool as cravats (okay, bow ties, if you prefer).
Where else can you find me? Tumblr, Dreamwidth, Message boards, etc.
ladymercury_10 has a Tumblr post that you can reblog!
Looking for broader fandoms and more meme fun? Kouredios is also running a friending meme to promote friendships across Dreamwidth and LJ. And what-hey, Century-Fox has one as well! Check them out and join in!
Thanks also to our partner communities. Drop by and see what they're all about:

Seven and Ace are wonderful. I'm biased, because they were my childhood, but it sticks forever.

Date: 2012-12-11 06:02 pm (UTC)All absolutely fabulous episodes, though it was a bit funny with the last because the other are all with the later, darker Seven (and Ace <3) while Bang Bang a Boom is a Seven and Mel adventure, more lighthearted and humorous and definitely the early more whimsical version of Seven. Which, by comparison, was like... like looking at someone adorable baby photos. Too cute. x'3
Whereas with serials, I've only seen three of them *shame* Time and the Rani (except last ep), Ghostlight and Survival. I keep planning to watch more but get distracted by other stuff. :/

Date: 2012-12-15 07:03 pm (UTC)Funny detail about Colditz, David Tennant plays an evil nazi guard in it, but I never recognized him during listening. I think the terrible German accent was too distracting. That or panicking on Ace's behalf... That accent though. I think he slipped at one point and went back to a Scottish accent, the poor dear. x''D
It also has the slashiest side characters I've yet come across in any audio...

Date: 2012-12-16 01:35 pm (UTC)Heh, I knew David Tennant was in the Unbound and in Medicinal Purposes, I didn't realise he was in that as well...
