The final to-do list:

1. Make dashboard visualization of NAT and underlying population analysis
2. Make some parameter tables of results for each population with the different sizes
3. Discuss dashboard summaries of NAT results
4. Write summary of merge-split steps attempted and discuss output analysis
5. Write Chapter 5 discussion (outlined but not yet written) Done. Crap, but done
6. Write Chapter 6 (Conclusion chapter) overall discussion (short) Done. About 2 pages of broad spewing of conclusions. No one is going to be reading page 186 though, are they?
7. Organize/flesh out future work section

. b. General non-informative network model
. c. Marginal likelhood
. d. Informative networks
. e. Links to continuous time models

8. Fix NAT single-model dashboards to include state acceptance rates instead of "NULL" on the graphs
9. Update glossary of terms and acronym list (can be done after sending out initial rough draft)--later, whatever, small stuff
10. Make title page
11. Make an abstract.
