Can someone explain to me how an army of "Lonely Assassins" works? Can't do ranks; they'd all end up tripping over the statues of the ones in front of them. Unless they're all truly blind; I guess all the dessicated bodies didn't have any eyes. Maybe they only gather when they're all weak and the first thing they lose is their eyes.

Now I want to write WeepingAngel!fic. Like, from their POV so they get their story told and don't just go down as "the most malevolent lifeform evolution has produced." Angels have feelings too you know! They need to eat just like anybody else. So what if they need to eat lost time and occasionally amass giant armies to take over the universe? I mean, in Blink they killed you nicely and they were the loneliest beings in the universe. Actually I still think they are some sort of CIA*-induced Time War protesting Time Lords that get cast out or dispersed somehow and forced to live as Time vampires. Like a race of Cassandras, doomed to know the fate of the Universe but unable to tell anyone, and any time they try they just cause themselves to live longer. Perhaps that would be enough to send anyone mad.

ETA: I should also mention that I thought the "parking brake" thing was funny and in no way actually true ;) Of course all TARDISes make this noise. As long as they keep making this noise I will be fine with it and just take it as a bit of camp for the episode. Anyway, I'll be interested in seeing if Moffatt and company change the tone a bit in the second episode to put the Doctor back up ahead and remind us all why he's still the best bow-tied hero in the universe :)
