Fall pumpkin bread (experimental)

I tweaked the online recipe enough that I'll put in an entry for this one, just so I can remember what I did (and what might need to change if it doesn't turn out):
ETA: mmm... came out perfect. Didn't need to change a thing. Yum!
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (1 of those individual packages)
1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
1/2 cup (approx) chopped walnuts
1/2 cup butter, melted (approx., actually it was a little less)
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp (approx) honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch garam masala (a small sprinkle onto the batter)
1 pinch allspice (a small sprinkle onto the batter)
Beat eggs in a bowl. Mix in pumpkin, applesauce, melted butter and sugar. Add vanilla, honey, walnuts and cranberries and mix. In small bowl, mix dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spices). Sift into wet ingredients and mix together. Bake at 350 in a greased and floured 9x5 inch baking pan (actually I used a circular bundt pan this time around) until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
