cell phone weirdness
Jul. 20th, 2008 09:58 amI have a motorola razor and lately it's been working fine except it's decided I have an "Invalid Battery" and it tells me this every once in a while. Now my battery power's running low and I plugged it into the charger, but again, it doens't show any charging progress or anything, it just says, "Invalid Battery". What exactly does this mean and does anyone know how to fix it?

Date: 2008-07-20 06:36 pm (UTC)"AT&T store did a hard reboot.
Take out the battery while the phone is on (this is important) as this proceedure will NOT work with the phone "off".
Wait about 15 seconds replace battery and turn on phone.
It was explained to me that this hard reboot is necessary every so often and is an indication that your battery may be on it's way if you have to do it more than once a week.
Phone is working perfectly now. Too bad this info is not in the manual as it should be and the AT&T stores agrees."
Worth a try?
Hello, btw :)
