Recipe the second for today
Nov. 5th, 2005 10:05 pmHot Pepper Jelly. Got a whole bunch of hot yellow peppers from Ketra at the party and I decided to try to make hot pepper jelly. Well, I don't exactly know how hot those yellow peppers are, but I used a lot of them in the jelly. We'll see if it is edible. I used two red bell peppers and one yellow bell pepper, and oh, about 16 of those little yellow guys. Plus 1.5 cups of apple cider vinegar, 5.5 cups of sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, some red food coloring, and one packet of liquid pectin. So now I've got 7 jars of jelly setting up that will hopefully be edible.
