You can comment over there with OpenID using your LJ. I don't have a DW either. I'm assuming it's something fixable, and that once whatever needs to be cleared up is cleared up, it will get unsuspended, with all content restored. Though, with LJ who the ef really knows? It's not like you can call them on the phone or anything.
