eve11The grueling length of a seven game series between two teams was enough to expose the chinks in the Penguins' armor, and to leave them sorely missing their injured big guns for the first time since holding their own through all of 2011. It was a good season, boys. Didn't end the way we wanted. But hey, I'm rooting for Washington now. That way, when Ovie wins the Cup, we can all point to an asterisk by his name that says "Didn't have to beat Crosby to do it."
