I think in some ways she might need a wake-up call; something that reminds her that yeah, the Doctor is her imaginary friend and they have adventures, but that he also has some depths that she will never ever understand. I'm not saying she needs to be punished for being smart or anything like that, but she is quite glib and I'm afraid it's going to get her into trouble one day. Donna could pull off the spikiness a bit better because she was a bit older and more experienced.
I do keep wondering what Amy's secret is. Seems it's gotta be more than just that she's getting married.
Also, yeah, I am liking Eleven an awful lot. And this episode is back to the first one that they filmed. He is still finding his character but I think it's coming along quite well.
