True. We never did figure out how he got shrunk to Tiny!Master in Planet of Fire, did we? It was just, basically, that he'd had a bad day.
Did you watch any of the promo trailers? I wonder if the glimpse of regeneration energy that we see is actually Missy regenerating and giving some of her energy to the Doctor to heal his eyes.
I also wonder if the Time Lord Borrowing Device will come back in the real world. It does seem like a bad idea to borrow when you have no idea what the interest rate is though.
