Haha yes it would. However, the end state depends on the form of the first sentence, I think. Had I started with "Write to-do list", I would have had to wait until the to-do list was complete in order to finish it. Which would achieve finite productivity for a list of any arbitrarily sized finite number N, but which would achieve infinite procrastination in the countably infinite case, since it is actually impossible to finish writing the to-do list in that case and thus impossible to cross anything off of it.
