I'd seen kate's name in DWM and never even twigged until the Doctor said. That was such a lovely thing. I didn't even get annoyed at Chris Chibnall at all (and usually I have to deactivate my brain to avoid that). It was pretty adorable and the plot was irrelevant. Which was a good thing in this case.
