The rating of the cells, the way they registered and logged different details as they were captured, the way they escape, it's all so perfectly Them and I loved it, and love the way the banter conceits carry through all the way to the end. Plus, if you've got a reeking stinky mattress on the floor, it darn well better have someone use it to ambush the guards by the end of the story -- Chekhov would be proud. *g*
